Rubber
At Chambers Gasket, we specialize in custom rubber gaskets for the OEM market.
One area of expertise is our ability to fabricate custom rubber gaskets to any 2D shape. All of our products are cut using precision die cutting and water jet cutting, which improves tooling costs and turnaround time. Our gaskets can be made to virtually any specifications, with materials such as sponge, solid rubber, neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Fluoroelastomer, and Silicon. These materials are sourced from some of America’s top rubber manufacturers.
This allows us to fabricate gaskets for a wide range of applications. For example, neoprene is used for its natural chemical resistance to oil and other corrosive materials, while ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) is used due to its resistance to weather, and nitrile is ideal for its resistance to oils and gasoline. Our trained techs can also fabricate rubber gaskets from other commercially available materials including fluoroelastomer and silicon. Our precision equipment allows us to create products with an inner diameter range from .031 in to 59.75 in, and an outer diameter up to 60 in, and all to tightest tolerances of ±0.005 in. These gaskets feature a pressure range from 600 to 1,500 lb./in and firmness with a durometer range from 10 Shore A to 90 Shore A.
The ability to follow various FDA grades makes our services ideal for applications in the food and beverage industry. Our facility is ISO 9001: 2008 certified and can handle runs from one piece to one million with an average lead time of two weeks.

Foam
At Chambers Gasket, we are a recognized leader in all aspects of industrial gaskets with customers ranging from Global 100 companies to local vendors.
We produce custom die cut and water jet cut gaskets in a wide selection of materials from soft and firm poron to durable Ethafoam, as well as foam/rubber and foam board. We can even fabricate gaskets from Isodamp C-1002-12, a preferred thermoplastic due to its high internal damping and ability to dissipate energy with a minimal sway space. Precision equipment can machine materials with a density range of 1 to 8 pounds and a thickness range of 0.0.31 in all the way up to 4 in.
These materials are economical, easy to cut, and ideal for applications in cushioning, dust and moisture sealing, and thermal and acoustic insulation. They offer excellent compression set resistance and high resilience, all while providing a seal that won’t break down with extended use. Our ISO 9001: 2008 certified facility can handle runs from one gasket to one million, making our services ideal for components used in communications, automotive, electronic, and other industrial devices.

Cork
At Chambers Gasket, we have met the growing demands of global OEM markets with over 75 years of gasketing experience and continued leadership. Our organization offers a range of custom cork gaskets made by utilizing precision die cut and water jet cutting services. We offer a variety of pure cork and combination cork and rubber materials and can fabricate them to any 2D shape. Cork and cork hybrids are prized for their ability to decrease the amount of flow or creep that can occur in compounds made with rubber alone and create a better distribution of load under compression. Cork is also easy to machine, offers high chemical resistance, reduces levels of transmitted vibration, and features good recovery.
Our cork comes in blocks, and our precision equipment can produce gaskets from 1/32 in to 1 in thick, whether for a few gaskets or millions, all with an average lead time of 2 weeks. We will also work with customer-supplied manufacturing materials to produce any scientifically possible gasket. These qualities make our gaskets ideal for components used in the petrol and lubricating oil industries.
