TS 9004 Thermo-Tork
Rubber and Fiber
Since our founding in 1937, our team at Chambers Gasket has grown to become a leading name in the gasketing industry. Sometimes called treated paper, our cellulose gaskets can be die cut into any 2D shape, to any scientifically possible specification. Our non-asbestos cellulose fiber gasket materials include rubber cellulose, reinforced cellulose, as well as rubber and fiber. We also use in-demand materials including MP-15 high performance cellulose, MP-2N Pro-Formance, and S-8091 Syntheseal. All of these cutting edge materials demonstrate high levels of fluid resistance against cold and warm oils, fuels, water, and anti-freeze. They also exhibit excellent dimensional stability and flexibility, with the ability to tolerate temperatures up to 750 °F.
Our technicians can take materials up to 40 in wide and produce parts with a thickness ranging from 0.015 in to 0.062 in or as high as 0.825 in. Our seasoned staff can produce one to one million gaskets with an average lead time of 2 weeks from our ISO:9001: 2008 certified facility.
