With decades of experience in the industry, we at Chambers Gaskets can form any scientifically possible 2D gaskets from a variety of in-demand materials.

Our custom felt gaskets are commonly used for mechanical purposes where abrasion and wear are not important factors. With the ability to withstand temperatures up to 250 °F, our felt is recommended for oil retention and sound deadening and can also cushion, retain resilience under pressure, seal, and lubricate. Precision die cutting and water jet cutting equipment is used to produce felt gaskets, resulting in lower tooling costs and shorter turnaround times. Our high quality felt materials come in a wide range of hardnesses, thicknesses, Durometer, colors, styles, and densities.

We offer a wide variety of grades, making our felt ideal for any chemical application requiring a high pressure seal. Our ISO 9001: 2008 certified facility can handle any run from one to one million in an average of 2 weeks.
