They feature excellent aging properties with a natural resistance to abrasion, tear, and solvents. These gaskets are also resistant to ozone, hydrocarbons, moderate chemicals, fats, oils, and greases. All gaskets are cut using precision die and water jet cutting, and our advanced equipment can produce products with thicknesses from 1/32 in to 1 in while holding extremely tight tolerances. The firmness of our materials can range anywhere from 20 Shore A to 50 Shore A, which means our gaskets can be easily casted.

Our ISO 9001: 2008 certified facility also adheres to a range of FDA standards, making our urethane gaskets ideal for applications in the food and beverage industry. Customers are invited to bring in their own materials for our trained team to create in runs from one to one million gaskets with an average lead time of eight weeks.
